The telephone is a distinct communication vehicle with its own nuances and skill-set. We generally treat phone encounters as if they were face-to-face meetings without the face. However, most people come across quite differently on the phone versus face-to-face. Content must be handled more succinctly as well.

This program is for executives, salespeople, managers, and any business professional who spends a significant amount of time on the phone. The course will enable you to:
